Established in 2024, Algora is a Software as a Service (SaaS) startup focused on revolutionizing the usability of investment research via innovative graph-based AI technology for financial institutions. Algora provides an integrated platform enabling rapid extraction of information from equity research reports, market outlooks, news, and video calls that are all linked to portfolio holdings. Efficient assembly of reports is achieved through the intelligent recommendation of content automatically extracted from multiple resources including the financial institution’s own resources. Algora strives to provide state-of-the-art solutions towards achieving competitive and sustainable financial services within Luxembourg an objective at the core of Luxembourg Economical Strategy and Roadmap.
Our Team
Maximilian Wagner, CEO
Maximilian's entrepreneurial career started in 2018 when he co-founded the food truck company LëtzeBurger. He graduated from ESCP Business School in 2022 and worked afterward at Edmond de Rothschild's CIO Office in Geneva as a junior research analyst.
Julien Poncé, COO
Julien is currently finishing his MSc in Corporate Finance at IESEG. Passionate about investing, he started his investing career in 2019 and has been active in financial markets since. He also worked as a Financial Auditor Intern at KPMG's Private Equity Department.
Nicolas Thill, Head of Innovation
Nicolas graduated with a MSc in Physics from ETH Zürich where he developed chip design software for superconducting quantum processors. His interests include AI and financial risk modeling and he gained practical experience as a team leader in the ETH graduate consulting club and as treasurer of several a.s.b.l.s.
